Just made 2 videos and updloaded to facebook...quality is BAD

HORRIBLE in fact...grainy and choppy. Worse than with my 2G an the app I had. What gives....am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, think you have to import to iPhoto first to get 720p quality then post to Facebook, YouTube, etc.. Until iMovie app comes out

Only the unreleased iMovie for iPhone 4 can upload to youtube @720p otherwise it gets scaled down.

The iPhone compresses the video if you use the built in export options. iMovie or some other 3rd party app will probably do it. Uploading HD video is no fun unless you have a really good connection.

Either sync with your computer and upload the movie from there, or wait until tomorrow for iMovie.
