I have a MBP as described in my signature. Over the summer, i've recorded some video on holiday on my 4S. When i play it back using quick look, istat menus says it uses about 30% of my CPU. But when i open them with quicktime, it uses only 6-8% of the CPU even though it takes up more of the screen.
Not really a problem here just: why is that?
