Just ordered iPhone 6 AT&T, will my plan be grandfathered over?

I have the old grandfathered unlimited data plan, but when purchasing the new iPhone 6 with 2 yr contract i notice some additional fees

$40 upgrade fee
$9.99/month 700 Shared Minutes
$30/unlimited Data

Will my current/previous plan stay the same or has this changed my plan? I'm worried now. I didn't expect for my AT&T mobile plan to change because I still want to keep my old unlimited data package that has been grandfathered over.

okay cool, but $40 upgrade fee? Geez. Can that be waived somehow?
