It's going to cost be about $450 after tax

- $300 + $35 administration fee + $10 early upgrade fee + tax
- $60 fee to get rid of the horrible $60/mo iPhone plan.

This is so awesome! Finally! Sold my iPod touch for $240, so for just $210 I get 2X the space and a phone and a GPS!! w00t.

Here's hoping it arrives safely and I dont get any problems.
