Just received a replacement SE2 from Apple... should I turn around and sell it?

I've had an SE2 for a few years now and it finally died. I sent it in to Apple for replacement under AC+. While digging out an old Fossil watch, I kind of missed the simplicity of an analog PLUS I can probably get a little more for it since it's basically brand new. And I can save on the cell plan and canceling AC+.

I was planning on upgrading to a SS new AW but I really dislike they don't have any O2 app now. Any chance it'll come back this year? Should I just keep the SE2?

There's always a slim chance but I wouldn't count on seeing SPo2 on new US watches until the patent expires in 2028

I wonder if Apple will really wait until then. I guess they don't have a choice.
