Not if you're already at the limit for the 5s. I already have to adjust my grip to reach the top and bottom corners on the 5s.It's a good size but not significantly bigger like the jump to 6+. Here's a 5s case inside a 6 case (which should still make one-handed use relatively easy):

I sincerely hope you made a cardboard cutout of the size of the phone first to make sure you liked it! (A guy at work didn't, ordered the 6+ and when I showed him the size he wants the smaller size now).
The 6 is too big for me but it's the smallest they have in the 6 series so I'm stuck with it. I like smaller phones.
