hi guys,

just recieved my 15"powerbook from the nice TNT person.

this machine is great! with 1 GB ram it really flies.....everything is in great working order (touch wood) no wobbling, no nothing!

its really great. ive installed office and am currently using a mighty mouse and wireless keyboard with it, with about 6 apps open (ilife) it still has great performance.

it does get a little hot though, but not really uncomfortable on the legs!

all i have to do now is decide where to stick those apple stickers!

havent tried out the keyboard yet for illumination but im sure its great.

even though there may be the odd (say 1 in 1000, i dont know) quality control problem with the 15" ers, they are truly fantastic and i reccommend that anyone thinking of buying one need not hesitate.

i have no photo editing software to post a picture, but you know what they look like anyway (i should hope so, if you've got one or are thinking of buying one!!!

my 2 pence.

Nice purchase and im sure your words will be reassuring to all potential Powerbook buyers....Anyway good luck with your powerbook,

Congrats mate. I got mine a few weeks ago and I love it to bits. Quality control failed for me though as my backspace key deletes 2 characters at a time. I'm living with it at the moment though because I can't bear for it to go back just yet :)

congrats...i remember when i first took mine out of the box and said, "i never thought in a million years i'd own one of these"...its truly an amazing machine that was designed with perfection in mind :) ...good luck and have fun...

Nice setup. I have an iLap that I love. It really helps with the heat issue when I'm using my PB on my lap. And it's also useful for on your desk as well. iLap
