Just restored my iMac, How do i put Music, Contacts and Apps from my iPhone to iTunes

So my iMac is completely fresh, how do i put all my music, contacts, apps and possibly bookmarks from my iPhone to iTunes on the iMac?

Do i need a third party application or.. please help.
