I just sent back my MBP within the 14 day window but forgot to clear my passwords from keychain. Is this a risk? What do Apple do when they get it back? Do they wipe and re-image the drive? Do I now have to change all my passwords?

Don't worry about it, Apple knows the risks of so much as booting on a used drive. I don't know for certain the procedure but my guesses are they de-gaus it, reformat it to zeros several times or destroy it by drilling holes through it.

Don't worry, bru.

Apple does not do anything to the drive - technicians do.

Technicians are people - with good and bad behaviors.

I would change all passwords at once - especially if they are for your financial matters.

Identity Theft anyone??????
