Probably made by some random Chinese case co. for Tumi. Construction similar to the Switcheasy canvas, but made of ballistic nylon (there are also 2 ugly leather options). Overall, a tad thick and heavy. The typing angle was a bit mushy and too much forward/backward motion caused the case to flatten out. Not great. Still, a very nicely finished case and great looking, and for Tumi, it was reasonably priced at $95 US.

The only reasonable price for a Tumi product was the triple reduced Costco carry on.
