Well just signed up for the One Plan with 3 in the UK. It has truly unlimited data, which is handy now there is a decent maps app on iOS 6. What things can I do on a phone with unlimited data? Also rang up and was told that Facetime 3G is included in the package.

I just tried iPlayer and TV Catchup and they ran perfectly. Any other suggestions?

Also for people wondering what you get for £25 a month:

The One Plan comes with:
All-you-can-eat data
2000 any network minutes
5000 Three-to-Three minutes
5000 texts
Tethering included
The original all-you-can-eat data plan, for people who want to do even more with the internet on their smartphone. From all-the data you’ll ever need to loads of minutes and texts, we’ve squeezed in more than enough of everything so you can enjoy all the great things your mobile can do. Plus it’s our only plan that gives you built-in tethering.

All that for $40? Dang.. I want to have that in America. The cheapest plan you can get via Verizon as a new customer is like.. $90/month.

I was just reading through Threes T&C's about all you can eat data, because I didn't beleieve it was. There is normally some kind of fair usage policy, even on unlimited.

However! their T&C's state their traffic management policy allows up to 1000GB per month on all-you-can-eat data, including tethering if you added it to your plan :D

This is great news for me, because I have a poor ADSL connection (Only 2mbit, and unreliable) I get a minimum of 2.5Mbit on Threes 3G network at home, and its 100% reliable :)

You can use Spotify, YouTube and iTunes in the Cloud to your hearts content..!

Or download whatever you like from the iTunes and App Stores. Or Sky Go programming.

The possibilities are endless :)

Three are going to hate me. Don't tell me I have a 1000GB traffic management limit and expect me to be sensible ;)

I shall download so much using my phone as a modem now

Also try 4OD, Spotify, SkyGo and Tune in Radio - stream as you go on three been doing me proud for a year so far. Just watch that battery...streaming is not the friend of my battery

The reason I went for the one plan is that you also get unlimited tethering. Where I live home broadband is about half the speed of Three, so I can hook up my mac or iPad and pillage downloading or streaming.

Netflix on wifi iPad is amazing tethered to iPhone, I often watch things when out and about or travelling
