Just sold iPhone....Oh crap?!

Ok, with all of this Subsidized vs. non Subsidized problems, can you guys answer me this...
I just sold my 8GB iPhone on ebay for $335. I am still eligible for the iPhone 3G subsidized price, right? My data plan has not changed at all and I am still paying the $ for the plan, so how will they know if I am using it or not? Just wanted to clarify this, since I am planning on camping out to get it

Current thinking is you will be fine.

But you never know what they will actually require for the upgrade.
