Just sold my 24" Apple display....Should i get the new 27? or something else?

Just sold off my 24" Apple display today but i am unsure if i should get the new 27" Apple Display or go for maybe a 27" Dell?

I like the fact it is LED but cannot stand the fact that it has NO inputs.

I would be using it for my Macbook Pro and 27" iMac ( mainly my Macbook Pro )

Just unsure at the moment.

Also, when will it go on sale? August 1st? End of August?

Any thoughts, comments, suggestions would be great! thanks!

I believe September. Why'd you sell it anyway? If you want uniformity go for the 27", but otherwise 24" would be good. You already have a 27" iMac. And you'd have the 24" + whatever size your MBP is. But that's just me.

The only thing that would really justify getting it is if the color gamut was way better than the current 24" or if you use a lot of photo or video applications. For my photography, I'm guessing 24" would be fine.
