just sold my iphone 3gs i need help

hi i just sold my iphone 3gs and i was wondering how do you restore your iphone so the new owner cant see anything personal of mine? Also i remove the sim card correct? please let me know all that has to be done before i send it off

Just do a full restore and set up as new phone, remove sim. Done

If you are very paranoid: settings, general, reset, erase all content and settings. Then restore fresh firmware, remove sim, ship to new owner.
