Just started using Photoshop CS3 and am already annoyed

There are two things that annoy with me with the otherwise wonderful Photoshop and I was hoping that CS3 would fix them. Nope. Didn't happen.

1) I hate that I can't zoom in on the edge of the canvas without the edge staying right against the frame of the document window.

2) Command-tilde doesn't toggle between open document windows, as it does in virtually every other application on the Mac.

Use full-window mode, toggle the F key and hold down the space bar to grab and scroll exactly where you want.
