Just sync'd and lost some contacts...

I made the mistake of checking the box titled "Replace information on this phone" in the Advanced section. For some reason, all the contacts on my phone, were not on my Mac. Sooooo, not it deleted a bunch of contacts off my phone.....Can I get them back?


Also, for some reason my calendar is not syncing to my phone.

I recently updated my Mac to ML.

I think if you restore from a backup made before the contacts were deleted, then they will go back on your iPhone.

Just the stock one, stopped synching when I upgraded to ML.
