Just took a Survey about my phone from Apple, anyone else get this? It was about 20 questions (mist check box's)

Yeah, I just took it also.

They asked you for the ONE thing you would change about the iPhone.
I suggested an overhaul of the Mail app.
 
I got one from AT&T.. I highly praised the phone, but slammed the at&t store experience.

my store was very unorganized and the process took longer than it should have
 
iPhone Survey?

:apple: sent me an email today "Tell us how you like your new iPhone." with a link to a survery with lots of questions. I did not capture any of it, and assumed there would be a thread about it here... but I don't see one.

They do ask: " If you could change 1 thing... " and leave a nice box where you can say whatever you want.

I told them I'd unlock the thing and break the deal with @&#$ ... That's my biggest complaint. I'm assuming lots of buyers will get them though.

I got it too. I posted about it a couple hours ago but now can not find my post at all - maybe I posted it in the wrong place...

I told them to fix the volume on the headset and speakers - its a big issue for a lot of users (I did restore and it fixed it for a couple days, now its back to bearly audible... )
 
I got the survey the same night my iPhone was activated it.I blew it off because I hate surveys.

I hope no one ever sees you here on this board complaining about the iPhone then! Surveys are how we as the consumer get our voice heard. It's a rare occasion and by you passing it up in my opinion you're basically waiving all rights to complain since you were too lazy to spend 5 minutes sharing your opinion with the people who care most.

I'm happy with my iPhone and being a paying ADC member they already get feedback from me ;)
