Hi everyone, my app was recently approved and is now on the App Store (Yay!) so I thought I would share it with you as its a bit different from usual games.
JUST TYPE is a new game which turns the keyboard into a gamepad. This game tests the speed at which the player can type and their familiarity with the keyboard. Every 0.4 seconds a character which the player has typed is removed, once there are no characters left, or a mistake is detected, the game ends.
As the player progresses through the story, the speed at which the characters are removed is increased and words at random start to have transformations applied to them. This makes the game much more difficult.
The trick to getting a high score is to commit as much of the story to memory, preventing the player from losing precious seconds reading.
