Just upgraded to OSX 10.6 from 10.5

Hey, I just upgraded, thought I might let you all know how it went.

Installation was easy, it was an upgrade and took roughly 30 minutes.
I've noticed nothing too much different, I've only had it for less than an hour though

I'm still testing it, and backing up in time machine (8GB ).

I've found an annoying little bug that I hope is fixed in 10.6.1 (I've not updated yet, waiting for backup to finish)
That bug is when switching spaces, my dock which is set to be hidden unless I move my mouse there,
is appearing, and then hiding itself which is kind of annoying.

Can't wait to test some more stuff on it

I don't think the .1 is going to fix that. They banged out that update so quickly, I don;t think there's a lot of fixes. Plus I've read enough posts from people having issues to scare me aware from installing the .1 update. I'll wait till apple releases the .2 update and seeing if others run into issues.

Nah, it's not fixed

I just updated, should of thought ohh hey 10.6.1 itself might have problems,
but I'm all upgraded now... what kind of problems are some people complaining of?

I haven't even received my copy of 10.6 yet, as part of the up-to-date program. It was mailed out on the 28th so not sure what is taking so long. I suppose it forces me to wait longer which can only be good when it comes to bug fixes. Makes me wonder if it got lost though. Regular mail should only take a few days.

:O I went into a store and bought it, it's pretty cool.
I do think it is snappier. Installing iLife + iWork 09 now
