Just used the wrong time machine to restore a new Macbook Pro how do I undo go back?

I just bought a new Macbook Pro and was trying to restore from time machine There were two restore options and eveidently I choose the wrong one as I inadvertantly restored an old time machine backup.

Is there anyway to undo redo this

Boot from the startup disc and do it again with the right backup selected.

what if u don't have startup disks and ur macbook came wit lion lol i did the same thing!
