Hi all I just want to know which screen is the best between 9C9F or 9CBD.

Both screens are from MBP 13"

Thanks in advance.

I'm sure somebody will answer your question but to be honest, why does it matter? You can't choose the screen you want when buying the MBP and if there's any differences it will be so subtle that it will hardly make a difference.

Agreed. There's no difference. Unless you are a professional photographer/video editor/ etc. it is not going to make ANY difference.

I have the 9CBD and it is perfect, in my opinion. I've seen 9C9F in the apple store and it also looked great, so I think you can't go wrong with either one.

Neither. 9CA1 beats them both hands down. Anything else is a compromise.

Okay, seriously, I've tried multiple screens (and owned the 9CA1 and 9CBD). The difference between two samples of the same model is perhaps more than that between two different models.

I have not seen a direct comparison between the 9C9F and 9CBD in person but on the forums people seem to be pleased with both.

However, people seem to more consistently agree on the 9CBD's quality.

I have a 9C9F display and have no qualms, I think it looks great even before calibration. The only other display I had to compare it to was a uMB CE screen before the "silent" update.

My GF and I both have 9C9F and 9CBD. We always use our laptops together and honestly we never noticed a difference.

I have had both the 9C9F and 9CBD screen and I would say the 9CBD is noticeably brighter but image quality wise there appeared to be no noticeable difference.

i have 9cbd, and it is by far and away the nicest screen i've used. I have a TN LCD on my desktop, and this thing smokes it. Blacks are black, colors pop, and it gets very bright.

i started with 9C9E and swapped it out for the 9CBD and its night & day different, glad i did, 9CBD rules!
