As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), and Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a reasonable price may be. Don't check just once source, but get an average from all sites for a more accurate idea. Some sites may be higher/lower than is realistic. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc. If the model is recent enough, you can also check the Apple refurbished store to see what similar models are selling for.
The same applies, whether it's sealed or not. You could also post it in the Marketplace forum. It's brand new factory sealed
I assume it's the latest generation.
A refurb model is $340. I doubt you are going to get much more than that. Be happy with anything over $300.

Where is the best place to sell it?
Craigslist and eBay are the most popular venues. You can also try the MacRumors Marketplace.
Never heard of it. The ones I mentioned are the most popular. I'm sure there are thousands of other, more obscure, venues. What about Swappa or somewhere w less fees?
