All iPads Just won a New 4th Gen Ipad. Can I trade up?

Does apple have any kind of trade up program? I just won a 4th Gen Ipad at work, brand new sealed in the box but I'd really like the Ipad air instead. Do they have any kind of trade up program, or am I better off trying to sell it myself and just go buy an Ipad Air?

Congrats! I won a iPad 2 in 2011 and took it in to the the apple store and traded it for a higher capacity. The thing that the genius told me is that it had to be bought at a apple store and not a third party retailer. They took the box in the back and ran the serial I think. So I would try and hope that your work bought it at a apple store.
