Jvc-mg630s Problem

Recently my husband bought a JVC-GZ-MG630S from Singapore. We stay in India. It's not even a month and it's already showing problems. I have charged the batteries before. But now I can't charge it at all. When kept for charging, the power light starts blinking for 5 secs and then turns off. When I open the monitor nothing appears on the screen, both the access and power light starts blinking continuously. Can't do anything else. Please help me out. Really getting frustratedmad: Please let me know if anyone has a solution to this problem here. Thanks
