Karaoke playing software

A friend (an ultra newbie) has a ton of karaoke CDs and the home set up (player, TV, etc.), but is interested in using her MacBook as a karaoke controller (or what ever it would be called).
Are there any EASY to use karaoke software programs out there?
Not interested in creating karaoke CDs but just playing them.
