iPad Kavaj case in Canada alternatives?

Kavaj doesn't ship to Canada, so I'm trying to find alternatives. Amazon.com won't ship to Canada either :)

I'm looking for something like http://kavaj.com/ipad-3-case-hamburg-black/ leather and the multiple angles.

Anyone know of an alternative to the Kavaj Hamburg that ships to Canada?
