kay yall how do I know if I have adblockwer or javascript etc

I dont remember how to find out whats on this old Mini Mac.. where are the programs listed?
I just want to see comments for youtubes on this Mini mac like I do on my old 2012 laptop pro with High terra
yall didnt tell me how to see if Java script etc is abled or disabled and how to know if the guy who installed this Mohave for me installed an adblocker PLEASE tell

Safari > Preferences > Security: that's where Javascript is on/off.

Safari > Preferences > Extensions to see what extensions are in place.

And download and run MalwareBytes to see if something else loaded causing issues.

ah java script was on I turned it off then nothing on tube. so turned it back on and restarted Safaria and Voila now COMMENTS work
