Keaboard switches Language

Hi!

My Father and my sister bought a new Mac and took their Account from an elder Mac, running Mountain Lion. Now both have the Problem, that after a while (round about 2-3 hours) the Keyboardlanguage switches from QWERTZ German (where we live) to QWERTY US Keyboard, by not using any unusual App.
The old Mac didn't have this issue.

Can anyone help us?
