Keep Albums In Photo Transfer from iPhone to MacBook

Hello,

I have a lot of pictures on my iPhone (4s) and am looking for a way to transfer them to my MacBook without losing the albums I have created on my phone.

I really don't like how iPhoto organizes my pictures and already I have tons of duplicates.

At this point I'm willing to pay for an app that will let me complete the transfer while keeping my albums (it would save me a lot of time as I wouldn't have to reorganize everything). Also, my phone is jail broken so maybe there's an easier way to do thIs?
