iOS Keep Debugger Console after Stop

Hi all.

I'm trying to debug Loading (decode) Saving (encode) but when I kill the multitask (double button press). the Debugger console stops outputting.

Is there anyway to keep it going after the kill.
it's really hard to figure out what's going on when I can't See my NSLogs

You can use the iphone configuration utility, and see your NSLogs there.. while not debugging on xcode

I'm actually trying to stay in the simulator..
is there another way to check what is loaded?

can I run phone configuration utility.. on simulator???
the work around seems to be recompiling it and watching the load from the new run.. time consuming and annoying..
