I had to order my AirPod 2 and wireless chartering case as separate units so now I have my wireless case and the wired case that came with the AirPods 2. (I was supposed I didn’t have to repair just put my ipods in the new case)

For best battery longevity do I keep my extra AirPod case charged or only charge it if my wireless case breaks or is lost?

Wireless case shipped at 25% power now I’m waiting to see how long a .5 amp 6 buck Walmart special Qi charging pad takes to get it to 100 %

wow.
actually having both is a great idea.
i would use them both. always keeping one charging/charged and using them alternately.

Rechargeable lithium batteries should not be stored fully charged, or completely drained, so if you opt not to use it, keep it only partially charged.
