keep getting connect to itunes screen on reboot

hello,
i have jailbroken my ipad and put on a bunch of apps,winterboard, snes4iphone etc.
but every time i turn the ipad on i get the connect to itunes screen appear?
i have done everything that i done on my previous ipad (same apps etc) and never had any problems?
could i have a faulty ipad as if i have to replace it this will be my third one:eek:
please help
