Keep getting pop up boxes asking for my iCloud and face time passwords

Whatever I do I can't get rid of these 2 pop up boxes appearing, cancelling them does nothing, they just pop right back up, restarting the system does nothing and putting a wrong password does nothing (I have not used either in the past) they just keep popping back up.

These just appeared out of nowhere today

Any idea how to get rid of them?

Entering in the password usually fixes this.
