Keep getting "set up new apple watch" window on iphone

Hi all -

Ran a few searches and didn't find anything.

I keep getting a "set up apple watch on this iphone" window popping up on my phone. My watch is already set up and paired with my phone, yet this window keeps showing up. Tried restoring and re-setting up my watch and it still happens.

Anyone else experience this?
