Hello,
I am on Verizon and am comparing 3G to their LTE android phones. I am worried that it uses older technology .

Is it still s better buy?

Android phones on LTE have terrible battery life in my experience. I had to carry a spare battery to make it through the day with 4G turned on and even then I was cutting it close. I ended up having to toggle 4G off most of the time so it wasn't worth having a 4G phone if I couldn't use it. Lets just say I'm glad to have an iPhone again.

Android Phones have terrible battery life period. I came to My iPhone 4 from a HTC Evo. My Evo just devoured its battery and that was with wi-fi,bluetooth and GPS off. With My iPhone I can leave all of that on and easily get twice if not more life out of a charge.
