Keep ipod apps from syncing on iphone?

Hey ya'll i got me an iphone 4s and i love so much better than that droid piece of ****...any way, how can i keep my 100+ ipod touch apps from syncing on my 16gb iphone? all i want is the music?

Settings --> Store --> Turn off Automatic Downloads for Apps.

iPod touch apps and iPhone apps are the same thing. go into iTunes, click on your iPhone in the sidebar and click on apps in the top bar. Uncheck the apps you don't want on your iPhone. Also do what the above poster said about turning off auto downloads.
