Keep music playing when switching apps

Is there a jailbreak tweak that I can install that keeps my music playing from the music app when I switc to an app that otherwise normally fades my music out and pauses it?

Does this happen with all your apps? Generally speaking my music.app keeps playing until i start media from another app but not just when i pull it up.
