Keep on getting annoying reoccuring pop up

I keep on getting this annoying pop up "please install media player hd to continue" it looks suspicious and definately not the genuine adobe flash, i don't know if it is some sort of malware, spyware ect...

Has anyone else had this problem, and how do i get rid of it?

Media player pop up

I'm getting the same thing...and have been getting it for some time. I was ignoring it, but since my debit card number was stolen and used in Singapore last night, I'm suspicious that this pop up was partly to blame.

It happens sometimes when I click on links, sometimes when I click on images on Facebook...it's very random and doesn't happen every time.

I haven't seen ANY resources for how to get rid of it on a Mac.

I'm using Google Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 and Mountain Lion iOS.
