“Keep receiving notifications for ___” - disable?

Anyone know of a way to turn this ‘feature’ off? It shows up any time I get more than a couple notifications from an app and is kind of annoying.

Clicking ‘Keep…’ does NOT appear to stop it asking again, which is even more annoying.

It's been annoying me since forever and I'm afraid there's no way to turn it off.
