iPhone 13 Pro "Keep receiving notifications from the X app?"

I keep seeing this message under some of the notifications in the NC.

When I hit "Keep..." then "Deliver Immediately", nothing happens to that "Keep receiving notifications from the X app?" notice. It just sits there under whatever notification it popped up under.

Anyone else experiencing this?
