Keep screenshots out of Photostream/Camera Roll

I just went through my photo stream and removed the photos I didn't want in it. Most of them were screenshots from my iPhone. I would love to have a way to keep screenshots out of Photostream. Maybe a way to automatically save them to there own folder instead of the Camera Roll.

I know for certain their isn't a stock option for this. perhaps through jailbreak, but I am not aware of that either.
