Keep sending an emoji?

For some reason on my Apple watch I keep sending an emoji via messages, and I haven't initiated it?

Am I pressing buttons on my wrist when I bend my hand or something? Can't imagine I'm pressing it and then going to messages then selecting an emoji to send though? Seems to be the same emoji as well somehow.

Is this a bug or me!
