Keep trying on Apple iPhone app -- got mine

Just got my order for a black 64gb iPhone 5 confirmed through the app. Had to retry connection to add to cart several times, but it eventually went through.

Going to call Apple tomorrow to have my shipping address changed.

Good luck! Back to bed for me :D

same the apple store app was really easy for me

Took me about 30 tries but finally went through.

But i need to get my wife a iphone and you cant order for other lines with the app. So still have to fight with the ATT/Apple website.
 
Ordered thru the Apple Store app as well and it was easily processed. Was able to get 2 AT&T iPhones ordered.

Ordered two via the iPhone app.

Question though, I didn't see anything asking me about my data plans. Will they default to the unlimited plans I currently have?

in the app, look at your order status and it will show your data plan

Yes. You can verify by logging into your Apple account and check order status. You can confirm rate plan detail there.

You can, but you have to place it as a second order.

Ordered at 3:25 eastern. Still says received order rather than processing. But still claims ship of next Friday.

I got an email saying processing, but the website has not changed over.
