Keeper® Password & Data Vault - Help

Hi,

Pardon my noobness, but after using the app Keeper® Password & Data Vault for my iPhone 4, I rec'd a message saying I will lose all my data if I don't purchase one Keeper Backup Subscription for $10 per year...

My Q is, isn't the data (as in data inside the app including passwords per entry, and not the app itself) already backed up every time I link it my iPhone to iTunes to my computer and hit backup?

Why would I need to pay the $10 bux per year if I did the above regularly? Thanks much for all the help.

I know this os kind of an pld post. maybe it refers to an online back up that keeper does.

I use Data Vault, why are you usinf three apps, or were you just trying them and setteled on Keeper.
