iPhone Keeping apps in memory

Hey guys,
Is it possible to force certain apps to always be in memory? I have a 4s and would love to keep some apps like camera and settings always in memory for quick access.

I haven't read good things about that...Anyone with actual experience? I hate how iOS just dumps the RAM after a relatively short period...Especially when I have plenty of RAM available.

I have tried a few things (flex and music controls pro). None will keep the camera in memory, or settings.

For what it's worth, I find the "lock the phone, slide up the camera" a pretty fast way to access the camera app.
