Keeping contacts after disconnecting email account

I have an iPhone 3G (not sure if that matters). I currently have it hooked up to my work email account with the calendar and contacts set to sync with my Outlook at work.

I'm leaving this job this week and will be disconnecting the email account from my iPhone. However, I NEED to keep the contacts and calendar. Is there a way to do this??

Can someone please help?
