keeping folders and organization when syncing to new mac.

i got a new mac, after putting all my apps, music, movies etc on it i tried syncing my ipad two it and it worked suprisingly well. the only thing is it screwed up the order of the apps so i have to reorganize them.

its not a big deal on the ipad because its not that organized without folders and everything anyways.

so i wanna know is there a way to sync my iphone and have it keep my organization... thanks.
