Keeping Folders in Sync

I have two folders on my Mac that I more or less want to keep in sync with a copy of the folder in a different location on my Mac. I do not wish to use aliases. One of the folders has two sub folders that I'd also like to keep in sync. Is there a program that will let me do this?

Rsync. It's a unix command line program bundled with your mac.
