I have an app that keeps crashing suddenly when I load it. This just happened without installing a new version. I want to reinstall it but I don't want to lose my hard earned games saves. Is there anyway to do this short of restoring the full phone from a backup (which I don't want to do)?

Figured out how to do it with a 3rd party app that was freeware.

I just used this:

...to explore the iPhone files and found the game save file and copied it to my desktop. Then I deleted the app on my phone, reinstalled the app through iTunes, replaced the saved game file with the old one, and everything worked!!!

Yes, and I do know how to spell corrupted (typo).
