Keeping it Clean? Screen/Case

What do you guys use? I've only had my 15'' a day or two and i've already got smudges on the screen Just the Micro-Fiber cloth they ship with? Or a solution?

Same with the Case?

I think it would be great if every pooled together this info, although it may have been asked before...

I use "Muc Off" every few weeks. My MBP stays pretty clean though. Always carry it around in a Incase sleeve.
